Pracademic: (noun) A pracademic is someone who is both an academic and an active practitioner in their subject area. I am a equity, diversity, and inclusion pracademic. I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Global Leadership, concentrating in issues of diversity, inclusion, and equity. I consult with several organizations on equity, diversity, and inclusion issues most notable is the local chamber, Greater Fort Wayne Inc.
